VILLA BRISA TOURIST STAY IN IBIZA[ Maximum 6 persons ] NO PARTY VILLA.

Good house

Lovely villa exactly as advertised. Jose a great host. Walkable to Ibiza Town in about 45mins but recommend a car which we did.Family of 6 and plenty of room for everyone.

Hopefully this will be a well balanced review, of a wonderful holiday, where we want to give honest pro's and con's. Its best to start with the accuracy of the description, where we've marked the Villa down for the following reasons, to make other families aware... In the property description is says, "Outside, annex to the house, we have a double room, equipped with bathroom and exercise room (gym) plus a spacious lounge." - this area simply does not exist, and should be removed to avoid other families assuming the space is there. It isn't there, confirmed by the owner! It states that Beach Towels are provided - so we didn't take any. But there were none. We had 1 full size bath towel and 1 face towel each. (and a useful washing machine to keep them fresh and clean) - but had to buy beach towels in the resort. In terms of other bits and pieces that we found didn't quite meet expectations; No tea towels - take your own The Jacuzzi was out of service Bookshelves and Games Cupboards were locked, but temptingly on display, which was a shame as we'd have like to use them. The pool was VERY rough under foot, natural tiles, but this lead to our youngest 2 having to wear plasters all week, as their toes were shredded! Take Pool Shoes and you'll be fine :) Both ovens worked, but not great. Eat out! The location is VERY quiet and safe, but you should get a hire car. Overall the property is lovely and well kept, and Ibiza is an absolute treat. But make sure you make note of the omissions and inaccuracies, and if you're ok with those, then you'll go prepared. :)
