The 2-room apartment on the 1st floor is in the immediate center and Close to the beach of the seaside resort Koserow and offers enough space for 2-4 people on a living space of approx. 58 m². The beach can be reached in 5 minutes. Walk. The property includes 1 parking space and in the outside area a storage room for bicycles etc.
The kitchen is integrated in the living area with a dining area for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped.
In the living area there is a sofa bed (140x200m) for 1-2 additional people and a Smart TV (55 inches). From there you can also access the balcony. This is equipped with balcony furniture for 4 people, an insect screen and an awning.
The bedroom is equipped with 1 box spring bed for 2 people (180x200m), linen closet, sideboard, insect screen, roller shutters for darkening etc.
The bathroom with window includes a shower, toilet, sink, mirror and a hair dryer.
Furthermore, there are all articles of the daily Requirements in the accommodation z. B. Ironing board, iron, drying rack, clamps, vacuum cleaner, as well as other cleaning utensils etc.
There is also a travel cot for children and a high chair (storage room).

Diese Wohnung war sehr schön und gut eingerichtet.
Der Samdstrand war wunderschön und mit 500m (Treppen, da Steilküste) gut zu erreichen.
Einzig die Kommunikation davor war sehr gering.
So dachte ich, man bräuchte Bettwäsche - extra eingepackt. Diese war jedoch vorhanden. Dafür fehlten die Handtücher (für Hände und Abwasch).
Aber alles in Allem war es sehr schön.

Gut für einen Kurztrip zu zweit. Geschirrspüler zu klein. Es fehlt eine Waschmaschine.

Leider ging das Internet nicht. Ansonsten war soweit alles in Ordnung. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte etwas stärker sein.

- Bettmatratzen durchgelegen
- Perlator der Mischbatterie Waschbecken verstopft
- Regelung Warm/Kaltwasser in Dusche ungenau. Man benötigt lange Zeit, um die richtige Duschtemperetur zu finden.
- Wohnungstür klappert, wenn die Haustür schließt
- Geschirrspüler: Tabsfach öffnet sich zu spät
