About this house rental

This small blue house is located on the edge of a small holiday settlement in the forest between Kölpinsee and Loddin. The sunsets over the backwaters are wonderful and you can enjoy them on the large terrace. 55 sqm are available on 2 floors: on the ground floor a spacious, modern kitchen and on the top floor 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds.
It is hardly quieter and yet you are on the beach in about 10 minutes by bike (2 km).

Die Lage des Hauses ist top. Man hat seine Ruhe in Richtung Wald und des Achterwassers. Die sehr großzügig Terrasse lädt zum Essen im Freien ein ! Ausstattungstechnisch war alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Wir sind super zufrieden !

Das Haus ist an sich nett und kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Allerdings war es teilweise sehr ungepflegt. Badezimmer und Spüle waren nicht ganz sauber. Der Kühlschrank bedürfte auch mal wieder einer Grundreinigung. Keine Reaktion der Hausdame als wir sie darauf hin angesprochen haben. Gerade in Zeiten wie diesen sollte man meinen, dass auf Hygiene mehr geachtet wird. Hatten schon lange nicht mehr so eine unsaubere FeWo. Kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen.
