The house as perfect for myself, two adult children and our dog! We all had plenty of space and privacy and also enjoyed hanging out together in the common areas. The couches were comfy and we watched the Olympics on the huge TV screen. The owner of the house CALLED us on the house phone to welcome us!!! Vallecito Lake is a hidden gem- very beautiful area and not crowed (at least during the week. We stayed Mon-Fri.) The kitchen is small but well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The house is about a .3 mile walk down to the water through a neighborhood of cabins. It's a steep, uneven walk down- fyi, but you can put your SUP or kayak in right there!
It was pretty warm in the house and the fans in the closets did not work. : ( It was really hard to cool it down inside. The dishwasher did not work well and we couldn't get the grill to work. At first everything appeared to be super clean, but then we noticed the the dishes weren't really clean, and there was dust on top of things, and the balconies and patio area were not kept up. We would still enjoy staying here again.

The house was too warm. The air conditioning could have been better. It was 84 in the house and the fans weren’t enough to cool it down.

Secluded, quiet! Peaceful
The heat was not well balanced , through out the house , basement bedroom was freezing and loft bedroom was a sauna . But we made it work
