Check In and Check Out were easy peazy! Front staff was great! Parking was in the same block and is very tight but elevator goes right to the suites and the In and our privileges were nice to have. The 2 bedroom suite met our family's and groups needs and had enough room to comfortably move around. The kitchen was spacious and stocked with the items we needed to make coffee, toast and breakfast. (no keurig but a nice Cuisinart and gold filter, so make sure you bring ground coffee) We were here for a Basketball Tournament and having a washer and dryer in our room was worth its weight in gold. The views are spectacular and the basketball court an chess set was epic. The location was ideal. We thought they had a spa / hot tub - but we were mistaken or never found one. Our floors lounge area (couches, tv, bar seats) was a fantastic place for our group to meet and just hang out together. Description and pictures met our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and accommodations.
We didn't like having to share one bathroom for a 2 bedroom place that sleeps 6, additionally the bathroom only had one sink. Some of the shades in the main room didnt work (we did report it and asked for it to be fixed but wasnt). We also asked for the Air vents to be cleaned - which was addressed immediately. Lastly - there were only very limited cushions for the rooftop chairs - but it was such an amazing view, ...didnt matter too much.

We love the view and size of the rooms!
Fingerprints and dust all over the kitchen area. Looks like it hasn’t seen a good clean in awhile. Also stayed there a few months ago and same issue
