Highly disappointed is all i have to say

The location

The room we ordered was not the room we stayed in. I honestly shouldve tried to get my money back but i was so fed up with everything at that point i forced myself to forget about it and just have a good time with what i had. The dishes werent properly clean. The water was cloudy and dirty.

An epic 10th birthday for Salvatore!

Everything!!!! The glass castle being outside of our windows, watching light up night on 5th Avenue from the roof, the city view, the spacious layout of our apartment, seeing fireworks from the roof and watching them reflect off of the glass castle. We got the apartment for my son's 10th birthday and he brought a friend so they could play basketball on the roof. They had a wonderful time! We will be back!!!!!

There wasnt anything negative... the tough part was learning the layout and how to get to the roof. After many wrong turns (fun adventures) we found it!

The location was excellent and it was nice having every amenity you needed in the room.

We shared a room as friends, so if the bed was able to pull out it would have been much more comfortable.

A good stay, but not as great as expected.

The view was impressive and the location was great. It was nice to have all the space. The lighting was good—except in the kitchen.

The kitchen looked good, but wasn't functional. Neither the light or vent on the hood over the stove worked, and one of the drawers didn't open—t sounded like there were some cooking utensils in there. The latch on the door of the master bedroom closet didn't work, so it had to be left open. We reported the kitchen issues, but there was no attempt to fix them.

We love eTage, and keep staying there over and over again

The size of the unit, very spacious, modern, well equipped, bed is very comfortable, great gym

Unit should include more soap/shampoo/conditioner that matches the duration of our stay. Should include more than one piece of stuff for the dishwasher, should include some basics such as salt etc. Should include a safe.

Room wasn’t what we saw in the pictures

The basketball courts were cool along with the outside terrace. The pool table level is where we thought we would be staying.

The room wasn’t what the pictures show. Make sure you ask for 11th floor and up if you want the room you see in the pictures. But the manager took $100 off our stay and gave us free parking for the inconvenience that must happen a lot. The room we had wasn’t bad, just no windows and dark. It should cost less than the room with large windows.

The location and views were amazing. The staff were super helpful and it was easy to find and check in and out. We had most things we needed for a night stay and were able to get laundry detergent from reception which was great. Parking was convenient and it is walking distance from so many places. Extremely clean and had lots of space in to relax.

The tv kept turning on by itself even in the middle of the night. The kitchen was a little sparse with dishes but it was fine for one night.

A wonderful stay that felt more like a weekend experience of luxury city living in Pittsburgh. We loved it.

Everything!!! The hotel was exceptional. Truly one of the nicest hotels I have stayed. The rooms were beautiful. The full kitchen, bathroom, shower, VIEWS, and rooftop made for such a wonderful experience. We have already talked about coming back. In the past we have stayed at the Sheraton, they fail in comparison to our stay at Etage. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful as well. Access to the phenomenal gym was also a plus. The weekend we stayed, there was a festival downtown that included a concert. Despite all the action outside, it was so quiet!!! You would never know there were festivities right outside.

ok if you need a spacious room with laundry

24/7 front desk. Parking is convenient but expensive. The room was very spacious and it was useful for us to have laundry, though the dryer was not drying efficiently.

We stayed at the top floor (PH) at the corner unit where the exterior walls are glazed floor to ceiling, but there are no shades or blinds for privacy or to control the lights so if you are a light sleeper, you'll need a mask. It was also really hard to keep the room cool during the day because of the sun exposure. Outside, at the roof level there are basketball courts and a walking path for hotel guests, and while the glazed wall has a privacy film applied to it that prevents people from looking into the apartment, it is still very distracting and uncomfortable. Also, on Saturday morning there was an event on the roof that people started setting up for, which we were not aware of. When I complained about it at the front desk, the person told me that they were not aware of it too until 30 min. ago and that they have the right to use the roof from 9am (they started setting it up much earlier). Also, didn't love the location. it's convenient but it's on the rougher part of town. Finally, apartment could have used better cleaning.

Inconsistent and over-priced

Quick check in, parking in the building. Large rooms with full kitchen, washer and dryer. Kind cleaning lady who gave us laundry detergent when we asked where we could get some.

One of the two rooms we booked was dirty and the shower didn’t work well as well as one of the TVs. In both rooms (and I think in the whole building) there are no blinds on the windows and no blind between the bedroom and the window into the sitting room in mine. For the person sleeping in the sofa bed, this can be very disturbing and prevent sleeping or lead to waking up with the sun. All the extra facilities (game room, roof) close at 9pm which seems really early. Parking is also a bit expensive ($30) and there is no discount for staying in the rooms.

it's my home away from home <3

This was my 2nd stay...Even though some months passed, the dude at the front desk remembered me :) Shows attention to detail <3 1st time I was amazed with the apartment...this time we got a corner and OMG the viewssssssss AMAZINGGGGGG!! Could see the PNC park from one side & market square on the other... Definitely my go to stay in Downtown Pitt, we already know all the awesome places to eat, the cute coffee shops, the bus routes, easy being a local there :)

Great location, lovely living room but not clean enough, not worth the money.

Receptionists were amazingly helpful and friendly. The location was excellent for what I needed it for, and the bus stop is just outside the complex. Plenty of restaurants and shops very close by. The apartment is huge and stylish in a very safe building with key card access.

The apartment awfully reeked of curry on my arrival and it never went away. The air-conditioning/heating is very loud, and despite being on the highest temperature possible it never heated up the apartment enough to be comfortably warm. The hairdryer was missing from the bathroom and I only found out the hard way. The bathroom was not well cleaned, there were urine spots on the toilet seat, hair and pubic hair in the shower and stains all over the bathroom cabinet and drawers that could have been easily wiped away if the cleaner bothered at all. There was no laundry detergent and frankly for the price they charge it would be a very small ask to leave one or two pods as curtesy. For me cleanliness makes or break a hotel deal so I would not return.

A BEAUTIFUL place nestled right in the heart of PITTS

We were visiting for possible commitment to a school. The place was beautiful the view amazing and the amenities were easily accessible. I will definitely make this my place to stay when visiting my child should she decide this is where she will live the next few years.

So disappointed...

Location was fantastic.

Was not super clean. No decor in the rooms so they were very stark. Window sills were chipped, no soap provided, vents were dirty, stain on the comforter, had to wash glasses prior to using, and the blind to block light out was missing. Not at all like photos. Poor communication. Asked questions via the email and phone prior to check in and never received a response. Asked questions and for assistance at the desk and they told us to call management, who didn't respond, and employees made no effort to assist. Was told we would have a city view and that didn't happen. No information on the area was provided. Usually, booking.com does not steer us wrong, but this was a disappointing stay.

Lighting was a little confusing to figure out. There was a water bottle jammed in the icemaker that I had to fix myself. Some of the bath linens were stained. They were long hairs left in the bathroom in various places.

Nice big place, rude staff.

Very poor, rude, entitled, obnoxious, wise guy, customer service. At Hilton or most other hotels, I'll call and ask for an extension, I'd be told a simple yes or no, not berated with attitudes "your really calling a minute before? Really?", when I called for room service "we dont have room service for nightly guests, only long term rentals once a week". I countered, "what if I pay?" , then they said, "did you hear what i said? That would be a no... come on....i think your smarter than that" I replied, "okay thank you". We hung up and I got a call a few minutes later "sir we can offer room service at this rate".... The place was nice but the people hate their jobs and need to change

it was very modern and nicely decorated. the facilities like the rooftop were beautiful. great restaurants and night life right around the hotel.

we had 1 very unfriendly staff working the desk our first night, overall a nasty attitude towards me when i asked a question. the toilet seat lid was not properly on and fell off when used, when we told staff about it nothing was done to fix it.
