The property felt a lot like being home and not in a hotel. We also had a great view of the city. It was a nice getaway for me and my wife to spend our weekend in Pittsburgh. The building is located near plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. Also there is a bus stop right out front if you planned on going farther into the city. Overall I had a great stay and this will definitely be my first option next time I’m in town for a Steelers game.
The roof closed pretty early, wish it stayed up a little later but I get that the lobby for it is by a lot of rooms.

I didn't know I was getting an upgrade to the penthouse level! The view from my room at night can be summed up in one word -- SEXY. My room was on the corner so I had two glass walls. I LOVED going to sleep with a view of the city lights.
I also didn't realize there was a washer and dryer in my room, which saved me when I got caught without an umbrella or raincoat one stormy day.
The location was exceptional due to the short walk to PNC Park, where I had tickets to the Pirates-Red Sox weekend series. Within walking distance to Market Square (full of restaurants), public transportation (bus and subway).
The electrical outlet above the bed didn't have any USB ports and the outlets were pretty loose. My phone charger had a hard time staying in overnight.

The location was nice. Quick walk to PNC Park. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Check in was a little challenging. When we arrived only 1 room was ready. The staff would call when the other was ready before 4. No problem. Never received a call went to service desk. The other room wasn’t cleaned and wasn’t going to be cleaned until tomorrow. They were booked for the weekend. Staff was able to work it out after some time. We were a little late getting to our destination. Didn’t like the bus stop right outside the entrance. Had to walk through a cloud of smoke anytime you left or returned.

Nice sized rooms. Location (aside from entrance/exit door location)
Entrance location (Bus stop right outside door) Rooms had some issues with broken shades, toilets not properly flushing, Dirty pot holders left on counter and a few dirty utensils.
