Great location and space for a decent sized group.

Overall size, location, and pet friendly.

It sucks that there is only one small bathroom but the house was built in 1910 so it makes sense.

An unexpected gem with a small caveat for visiting families

The neighborhood felt very safe to be in, it was close to many points of interest such as the Overlook, the bridges were close by to easily cross to downtown and get to Heinz Field. As well as many places that one can eat at! The beds were comfortable, we had many extra towels, enough bedrooms for family to take up each one. Heaters were provided for the top rooms and all the rooms were very well insulated! Easy entry and the HVAC worked extremely well!

The unit had only one bathroom that was shared between 5 people, a bathmat would be nice investment. Oddly enough, there was a toilet in the basement, but since it was cold - the whole basement was cold. Directions for the coffeemaker would be great and perhaps a brita or some sort of drinking water made available as we bought drinking water to use.

The owners are very attentive. I only had one issue with a smoke detector beeping due to a low battery. I made them awar

I loved that the property was only an 11 min drive to University of Pittsburgh and that we were .25 miles away from observation decks to view the beautiful skyline, river and the Pirates and Steelers stadiums. Also, this home was pet friendly and spacious.

We had a great time.

Location was on Mount Washington which is a great spot for views. Need car to drive into downtown and for activities. Host was extremely communicative and responded immediately. For larger parties who need their own rooms, this is a perfect value. There are 4 separate rooms with double beds.

The house has only one bathroom. Only an issue if couples used to having own bathroom all the time; works fine for folks who interact well. Would also not recommend for folks who have arthritic legs, steep steps both from road to entrance and then at least one steep flight to first floor where rooms and bathroom are located.

Exceptional

Sooooo, booking.com gave me the incorrect code to get in the property but i was able to call the property owner and get the correct code in mins... to be honest.....s*^t happens.....however it didnt ruin my time in Pittsburgh Property was very kool..... No issues with parking or location Awesome hills to drive up and down..... which was a plus for me because i live in Maryland and we don't have steep hills like Pittsburgh
