Idyllische, separate FeWo im Dortmunder Süden

Wir waren selbsverpfleger.

Das das Wasser beim Duschen und Abwaschen sehr lange gebraucht hat um warm zu werden und das ablaufen des Wassers sehr lange gedauert hat.

Zeer compleet appartement met een fijne buitenruimte. Van alle gemakken voorzien incl. complete keuken. Heerlijk buiten kunnen zitten op terras en/of in het zonnetje. Info vooraf over route en sleutel was duidelijk.

Tegenvallen is het verkeerde woord, maar ik had graag een wat hoger bed gehad. Slechte rug en dan is uit een laag bed stappen niet heel handig. Ik was standhouder op een beurs in Dortmund en was met een bestelbus. Met mijn voormalig bakwagentje had ik hier niet kunnen parkeren. Dacht op Google te zien dat er voldoende P ruimte was (check ik altijd), maar was blij dat ik met mijn bus was. Voor de meeste gasten zal het geen probleem zijn omdat ze met een personenauto komen.

Very friendly, he speaks English very good 👍. Mostly Everything have at property. Feel free and stay like a own home . Nice views out side . Very clean and organised. Kitchen was very nice . You have everything to cook and make a tea or coffee. Clean fridge 👌. Heater is looks new , temperature perfect. We have Autistic son , firstly he didn't come to property as he is normal scared uncomfortable, after night he wants to come back to this Apartment. So much he loves. But you need a car and ready to self cook . Because there is not good public transport, and no fastfood restaurant. You need your own car and enjoy

Quiet location.

When leaving, we saw that on the top balcony of the house there is a US Confederate battle flag. Knowing the connection of the flag to racism, we wrote to ask why this is displayed. The host explained in her reply that this is from their tenant and is meant as a sign of the culture of the US south. This is not a platform to discuss political issues, so I won't, but I still think it should be mentioned.
