This apartment is situated in one of the most exquisite marinas in the Canary Islands. It is situated on the first floor and has 2 large bedrooms and a large balcony overlooking the marina. The apartment sleeps 4 persons very comfortably, including air conditioning in the living and bedrooms areas. It has a large open plan Lounge/dinner, which opens onto a very large south facing private balcony for those client who love to relax and watch the sun rise and set. The Marina has a very large selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and access to many of the attraction who operate in the marina such as Submarine Safaris and Catlanza. Very Good Apartment overall..some small issues..no coffee machine, large balcony needs complete overhall, needs new sunbeds with cushions and some decent and well tended plants in planters. Double be.d in main bedroom needs replacement
