Staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Large well-furnished suite, two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, large kitchen well furnished with cookware and utensils, lots of furniture and room to spread out our gear without it being in our way. Very easy parking right outside of our door. Comfortable beds and linens. Big cushy sofas. More than adequate number of towels. All appliances worked well, including the big coffee pot. AC worked well. Good shower. Fast high-speed internet.

The carpet in the master bedroom needed cleaning. Also, the entry to the property off the highway is a bit hard to find at night. That's about it, not much to complain about.

We truly enjoyed the hot tub; the great front desk staff for giving directions, and a nice bed. We loved the secluded area; but close to the surroundings.

I loved everything. Laundry on site, clean rooms, plenty of space, and a very welcoming staff.

The breakfast was continental and fairly basic. The coffee and juice were quite weak and could definitely be improved. Location is close to the beach

We were disappointed with part of our stay because we had booked a Deluxe Room but were given a Classic Room instead. We did not realise this until the following morning. The hotel eventually moved us to the correct room after two nights, but unfortunately, no compensation or other gesture was offered for the two nights we spent in a lower-category room than the one we had booked. There was also an issue regarding the bathroom facilities. The manager told us that none of the rooms had a sink in the bathroom. However, when I made the booking, I clearly saw a sink shown in the bathroom in the room information/photos. I pointed this out and explained that, in my opinion, this was misleading information and that the owner/management should correct the listing so future guests know exactly what facilities to expect. I do want to mention that the staff were helpful and accommodating with our other requests, and I understand that the room mix-up and the information shown online were not necessarily their personal fault. My disappointment is more with the overall situation and how it was handled by management. Overall, we had some positive interactions with the staff, but the room issue, inaccurate information, and basic breakfast were disappointing and took away from what could otherwise have been a pleasant stay. I hope management takes this feedback constructively and makes improvements for future guests.
