The location is perfect in Door Co is great
In general any room we've stayed in the last few years has been too full of furniture. Makes the room feel too small. Also had probably the worst location there as it was behind the stairwell, so no view of the property which is quite charming.

The location was good - close to everything we wanted to do. The grounds were nicely landscaped. Morning coffee in the office lobby was good with a nice patio.
The furnishings were worn and not comfortable. The bathroom needed a good scrub and new paint. Linens and pillows on the bed felt cheap and scratchy. Our room was on the first floor, with others pacing the squeaky floor above late into the night. The air conditioner was extremely loud each time it kicked in, waking me up countless times all night even with the other fan running to drown it out. The dehumidifier in the room was essential throughout our stay because the room was very musty.
