Die Wohnung hat ein angenehmes Ambiente (wenn das Rolltor offen ist) und eine schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse. Sie lebt quasi von dieser Aussen-Innen-Beziehung. Wenn es also warm genug ist, ist alles bestens. Alles in allem haben wir uns dort wohl gefühlt.
Die Inneneinrichtung ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders Besteck, Geschirr und Stoffbezüge könnten mal gut eine Auffrischung vertragen. Dass nachts massiv die Hähne krähen und Hunde bellen ist leider sehr störend . . . kann aber wohl kaum beeinflusst werden.
