About this villa rental
Villa IRIS is nestled in a private forest area covered by thyme, sage, a magnificent variety of local plans, oak and olive trees and stands on a low hill overlooking breathtaking vistas of the Ionian sea. It is near the most famous Greek beaches and Vasiliki village.
Villa Iris can accommodate 6-7 people, and it is ideal for couples, smaller groups, and families. Children are welcome!
It contains three bedrooms all en-suite. In total three bathrooms two with Jacuzzi and a WC. It has a stylish sitting room, kitchen fully equipped, dining table, kitchenette in the ground floor, wide verandas, private pool 10mx4m 1-1,70m depth, outdoor furniture, bbq, beautiful garden with herbs, rosemary, lavender, and roses.
The tranquil setting, the outdoor lounge, the serene atmosphere, the verdant scenery and endless blue palette of sea and sky, along with the high quality of the residential spaces, both indoor and outdoor, the décor and the amenities will inspire and revive the visitors. All these factors combine to ensure an unforgettable experience.
The Resort affords an excellent venue for weddings and receptions, honeymoons, family reunions, business staff seminars, cooking and art lessons, relaxation programs, yoga classes and the like.
In the Urania LuxuryVillas amenities, there are included:
A wooden YOGA STUDIO, 100sqm, fully equipped. with amazing sea views, 40 m far from villa Iris.
A wonderful Outdoor SPA-JACUZZI at the side of the Yoga studio,7m x3m, 1m depth, with 6 double strong jets, Neck Spa, chlorine free, and endless sea views!!
Both Yoga studio and Outdoor Jacuzzi are available to our guests, free of charge all day long with the exception during the yoga classes which time schedule is announced in the studio.
(When the Jacuzzi is switched on heat (up to 29 Celsius), electricity cost is charged, approximately, 700 euros per week)
A PRIVATE BEACH, underneath the villas, 200m high, 600m via a path in the forest, approximately 30min hicking, splendid turquoise water!! A NATURA 2000 protected bay -a nest for dolphins and seals!
We offer upon request with extra charge

Communication was excellent with the property owner. She gave us so many tips to explore the place. The property is in an amazing and secluded area. Nights are pitch black outside and you’ve got to see the stars and the milky way makes sitting outside at night magical. Upon arrival stepped out the side door and watched an eagle sitting at the edge of our veranda before quickly flying away. The house is amazing, so clean, any and every necessary utensil and cookware. Not far from the beautiful beach of Porto Katsiki. Minutes outside of Vassiliki traditional village. Will be returning if and when possible. Loved every minute of our stay.
