Magnificent sea view villa 5 minutes from the beach

I rent my house in Greece on the wonderful island of Lefkada (flight to Preveza 20min from Lefkada, without ferry, there is a pontoon bridge that connects the island to the mainland).

I offer you a turnkey stay with all the good plans of the island, my recommendations, addresses of good restaurants, places to visit in order to facilitate your stay.

For young children, I have all the equipment (travel cot, changing mat, mosquito net, BabyCook, high chair, Baby phone...)

The villa is composed of 3 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and private terrace with a view of the sea and the islands of Ithaca and Kefalonia.

Every room in the house offers spectacular sea views, making this villa a very unique place.

There are many outdoor spaces open to the sea, an infinity pool with a large terrace and outdoor shower, a sloping garden with many species (olive trees, lemon trees, lavender, fruit trees...).

A superb BBQ and an outdoor bread/pizza oven will allow you to prepare delicious meals.

The turquoise water beach is down the house a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk. Many delicious fish and Greek food taverns are in the immediate vicinity and among the most famous in the area.

You will not be disappointed to discover Lefkada which is really a dream destination still little known. It is considered one of the most beautiful islands in Europe!
