We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is excellent, just a short distance from Lake Toya, and the apartment is perfect, spacious, beautifully equipped, and very comfortable. In addition to the two bedrooms, the living room can also be used as an extra sleeping area. The Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Guests of the guesthouse also receive a discount for entering the nearby Hotel onsen, there you can enjoy an amazing onsen with a breathtaking view of Lake Toya. The host is very friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything you need. In short, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

The location for was great and the owner was so nice and friendly

No cutlery, so bring your own if you plan on eating anything in. But why would you? Not a big deal as it isn’t set up for home cooking. Just go out and eat

We had the property to ourselves which was a great help. The owner gave us vouchers for a discounted onsen and because one of us was resident in Japan they were able to include us in the Hokkaido voucher scheme to encourage internal tourism

The owner appeared to have forgotten we were coming despite my sending two updates. They did appear and quickly sorted it out, giving us the whole property. There was no cutlery or crockery, although there were paper cups. The owner assured us that the voucher scheme meant we were entitled to a discount on the property which would be refunded, that hasn't happened.
