Really comfortable apartment with quality furniture and fittings - comfortable sofa and bed, great bathroom with plenty of hot water and well fitted kitchen. Best thing for us was the good level of lights and lamps - you could read in bed !!! Close to Snape , Aldeburgh and Thorpeness etc. Easy access to A12 about a mile away. Quiet location, helpful host and spotlessly clean- a great find.

Location was in a lovely quiet spot with a garden to sit in and look out the window at. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook dinner. It was clean. The communication with the owner was excellent. Easy access to A12.

Very spacious room which was well equipped. Comfortable bed and good shower. Room/kitchen area well equipped. Nice views from windows even though it was raining!
Great that you have signage on side of road when nearing property - might be helpful to add distance?

We thought the accommodation was cute. We slept well and felt safe.
The branches covering the front door wasn’t very welcoming. The garden needed pruning. We removed 3 spiders, a few bugs and mosquitoes when we first got there. The property could have been cleaner. It was quite dusty and there was a dead insect squashed into both the lounge and kitchen blind.
