Lovely cosy cottage. With everything you needed for your stay. Lovely and clean Wi-Fi was good which is always a bonus if you have a teenager with you.

Location was great, and although parking looked as if it might be a struggle, in fact it was fine. It would have been good to know that the cottage was the furthest end of the high street from the A12, but I should have read the map better.
The garden was lovely, and having breakfast outside on both days was an added bonus.

The house itself was fine, main bedroom very comfortable. Lounge was nice and cosy, good entertainment options.
Smelt Smokey when we came in the door and It wasn’t very clean, the kitchen in particular. We had to clean most things before we used them. Rubbish and used tissues in the garden.
