Conveniently situated to Woodbridge, Snape and Aldeburgh. Clean, modern and well appointed inside. There is a coffee shop selling bread and patisserie on site and supermarket and easterlies a short distance away. Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages were very helpful.
Privacy a little bit of an issue, could do with shutters or thin blinds to the windows and opaque film to the glass door panel. We stayed 2 nights, for a longer stay the bed could do with a better mattress

very cold on arrival definitely could do with the heat is being turned on before and maybe a thicker duvet during the winter months
