They are well trained, with a litany of excuses, a playbook, to defraud you and keep the 19% tax as profit which they are not entitled to charge non residents. At check in I had them confirm they were not charging the 19%. She responded they would not. Later I got a credit card Alert. They had charged it.
Using intimidatory and disgusting tactics over 4 days a battle of WhatsApp messages ensued (recorded and saved). They eventually refunded the tax, which they shouldn't have charged in the first place, like other hotels don't charge it. For my own safety I fled to a different hotel, who of course don't charge the 19% on the reservation.
There is an open space under the room door where thd bugs craw on at night.
There is NO hot water so you are showering in cold water (they call it "room temperature ").
The breakfast, which is not included, is excellent.
