Nice place in Beautiful Gardens / Resort

The property is in beautifully manicured gated community. When we stayed there in May'23, there were very few people staying there. The property itself is functional and clean with good facilities in the kitchen. It's a short walk down to the lake where there are a few bars and restaurants. We were on a drive around Europe from the UK and after weeks of travelling this place was a lovely rest for us.

Overall we had a nice restful time here, but there are a few problems for us: 1. The TV didn't work at all and wasn't fixed during our 4 night stay. 2. There is no internet. This is my fault that I didn't check this, but it seems such a standard thing these days to include in a property. Mobile coverage was fine, but be careful of any roaming charges! 3. We had some problems receiving the deposit back which is paid in Euros by bank transfer. There seemed to be an issue with my back accepting the payment so I needed to set up a Wise account for Andrea to send the money. Andrea was great at helping so there was no issue with him trying to send the money. This is just for awareness for people from UK to be aware of. We received the deposit bac, but it was just a little bit cumbersome. It is a very beautiful and peaceful place that we enjoyed, but I include the above for other travelers awareness.

Overall, the stay in the apartment was great. Otherwise, we did not spend much time in the accommoda

The resort is very quiet and beautiful. During our stay, there were not many other guests. Since it was April, the pools were not available. The location is very close to the lake shore, which is very welcome for short walks.

There could be a garbage bag in the accommodation. There wasn't much toilet paper either. But the Aldi store is relatively close, so we quickly solved the problem. Although the apartment is equipped with a coffee machine, it would be great to have a small pot for making coffee.

Little slice of paradise

The host did everything to make himself easily accessible, sharing his number via Whatsapp, and was quick to address questions. The property was clean and neat with all necessary amenities in good working order, was quiet and well-isolated from surrounding and outside noise. The resort itself was great with five pools and a location just 10 minutes' walk from Lake Garda.

Sehr schöne Anlage, besonders gepflegt, viel grün. Die Pools sind wahnsinnig groß und sehr sauber. Unser Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet und der große Balkon war natürlich ein Highlight! Super Urlaub :)

Dass der Spielplatz bereits abgebaut worden war (Nebensaison), und ein Kinderstuhl für unsere 1 jährige Tochter wäre super gewesen!
