Mansarda molto carina, essenziale ma con ogni servizio necessario. Abbastanza ventilata. La famiglia che la gestisce abita ai piani sotto e sono stati molto disponibili. Purtroppo il giardino e gli spazi esterni sono un po' lasciati andare ma forse li sistemeranno col tempo. Noi abbiamo usato l'appartamento come appoggio per vivere il lago di Costanza e ci siamo trovati bene

Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Super Lage. Zum einkaufen, DM, Bäcker… Ist alles fußläufig innerhalb von circa 6 Minuten erreichbar.

Besonders aufmerksame Gastgeber! Mrs. Chen ist sehr zuvorkommend. Sogar Spielsachen für unsere Tochter waren vorbereitet. Die Wohnung ist sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles, was man für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt braucht, ist vorhanden.
Keine Kritik, aber was man wissen sollte: aus baulichen Gründen ist die Dusche für großgewachsene Personen eher ungeeignet. Die Möbel weisen Gebrauchsspuren auf. Aber das ist völlig ok.

Das Apartment war ok. Lage ok, mit Bus zur Messe und zur Stadt.
Das Apartment lag unter dem Dach und war sehr heiß. Es gab eine Klimaanlage, und der Vermieter hat uns 4 Chips überlassen, um sie für 4 Stunden zu nutzen.... Aber mal ehrlich: Wenn wir 40 Grad haben, dann sollte die Klimaanlage im Dauerbetrieb inklusive sein. Für große Menschen, über 1,70 m, ist die Höhe etwas knapp.
