Was good price. Was only 5 minutes to where we met for charter boat.Bed was comfy. Also had benches outside of rooms with ashtrays. That made it nice to sit outside and watch traffic.
Lady working front desk couldn't check us in. We had to wait for her son, but only waited 5 minutes or so.

It was definitely priced well. The room was clean, albeit sparse. The AC worked good. It had a refrigerator and microwave.
There was No coffee or coffee pots in the room or on the property. I had to call to get wifi password and was told that the office was now closed for the night at 10pm. My key card did not work. The office people had to come unlock my room for me every time. They didn't come in and bring new towels or take out trash between days.
