About this cottage rental
Welcome to the "Gîtes De Cinq Ans" in Mamers:
Our "Petit" gîte, classified Gîte De France "4 épis" is located in the heart of Mamers in a charming street, close to shops, swimming pool, cinemas.
Between Perche & Alpes Mancelles, 2 hours from Paris,
You will love the unique charm of our house:
- its natural atmosphere: Lime, Hemp, Bleached wood, Natural paints.
- its well-equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace not overlooked, - - bicycles are available to explore our beautiful Maine-Saosnois region.
We provide bed linen, beds are made upon arrival of our guests.
PS:
* During school holidays, reservations are only for the full week of 7 nights
* A deposit check of 250 € is requested upon delivery of the keys, then returned one week after departure if no damage is found.
* An electricity package is included in the price: 10 kw / day from April to September; 35 kw / day from October to March
* Shower sheets are provided
* 2 other independent cottages nearby:
- the "Grand" accommodates 6 to 12 people
- the "Mimi" accommodates 2 to 3 people
