Welcome to "Gîtes De Cinq Ans" in Mamers:
Classified Gîte De France "4 ears"; This charming little house "Le Mimi Gîte" is located at the bottom of a flowery "flow", in an ancient street of Mamers weavers
Close to all the shops, the pool, the water, the equestrian center, tennis, greenway ... Cozy atmosphere, timeless colors with a touch of soft green;

The linen and bed are provided, the bed is made on arrival of our guests. Recent bedding of quality and good comfort.

Located between Perche and Alpes Mancelles, 20 minutes from Alençon, 35 minutes from Le Mans, this "little pied à terre" offers the opportunity to easily discover the riches of the territory.

- Electricity package included in the price: 10 kw / day from April to September; 25 kw / day from October to March
- A deposit check of 250 € will be asked for the key collection and returned one week after departure if no damage is found
- You do not want to clean up at the end of your stay? You are offered this option for 35 € to be paid directly to the owners Liliane & Yves
