This home provides a secluded, private feel while only a short walk from downtown. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere, location and beautiful fenced-in yard.
Located in the South End of Rockland less than a mile from Downtown. Easily walkable to Main Street and the boardwalk overlooking the ocean.
Master Bedroom: King Bed with large closet
Second Bedroom: Double murphy bed
Third Bedroom: Single loft bed.
Bathroom: Cozy bathroom with large tiled walk-in shower
Living Room: Open living space with a view into the kitchen
Kitchen: Open space with all kitchen supplies provided and attached dinette.
Outdoor Living: Large fenced in backyard
Pet-Friendly: This home was designed with pets in mind and has a fenced backyard, large sliding glass door, and an optional dog door. Also close to Rockland's unpublicized off-leash dog area, Snow Marine Park, plus tons of hiking trails. I can offer advice on walking and hiking trails including those that are dog-friendly.

Very pet-friendly with a huge yard to run in! The house has a well stocked kitchen and great laundry area. Has a very nice deck with grill, table and chairs plus a very comfy settee and chairs. The king size bed is comfortable and the closets and cabinets in the master bedroom give you plenty of storage for longer stays. The Murphy Bed is perfect for any additional company. The 3rd bedroom contains a bunk bed, fun for the young teens.The rest of the house is set up to be comfortable with a deep, low oversized sofa and settee. The bar height tables with chairs leave room for the dog(s) underneath.The water is hot and plentiful in the tiled shower with bench seat. Plenty of towels, etc. to keep your vacation easy.The house is close to downtown and the waterfront. Lots of restaurants if you are in full vacation mode! If you do want to cook, don’t worry, the kitchen is easy to work in.Alyssa is great to work with and responds quickly to questions as well as provides lots of information about the area.
