In the best location of Isla Verde, within easy walking distance to endless options for dining and nightlife. Located 5 minutes from SJU Airport ($12 cab) and 15 minutes from Old San Juan ($0.75 public bus) . It has one assigned parking. Building has 24/7 security, tennis, basket and a beautiful beachfront pool.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time. The location on the beach was terrific, and the view (as described in description) was stunning. The property itself was a little bit shabbier than I had expected. The beach chairs provided, which we used every day, were aging, though functional. These are minor complaints. Again, we really enjoyed our stay. But refreshing the chairs and maybe some of the paint would have made the experience even better.

Amazing location, attentive host. Some difficulty getting the uber driver to get to the front entrance of the property building as it is an access restricted gated community. Need better check in directions. Great stay.

This was our first time in Puerto Rico and we will definitely be back. This is in a great location with a beautiful view. We walked to almost everything but Ubers will pick you up in a matter of minutes.
Beatrice sent us a wealth of information that helped us tremendously on what to do and where to eat.
We got an email checking in on us to make sure we arrived safely and asking if we needed anything.
Supplied us with a small cooler, beach chairs and towels.
It is a definite must see!!

We’re not people who travel to stay inside. We love to go out experience the culture and the atmosphere. But we were so pleased with the apartment. It offered the best views and it was just as the pictures showed. Thank you! We really had a fantastic time.
