About this apartment rental
This is a newly remodeled unit with lovely wood tile throughout kitchen, living room, and dining area. There is a double balcony and sliding doors for waterfront decor and breezes. You can eat your meals staring at the boats coming in from the Boca Ciega Bay. It is just steps to the beach and famous Johns Pass that is filled with fun for the whole family including restaurants, shopping, bars, icecream, and even fishing and dolphin tours. Come and relax. Live the beach life in comfort and style!
There is a Pool, Hot Tub, Spa (at guests cost), and Exercise Room on the property for your use. There is so much to do around the area for couples, families, and friends alike. There is a designated crosswalk to get to the beach for guests safety and convenience. Enjoy the sunshine and water and com on out of the cold!

Great location! Walkable to John's Pass for live music and eateries, Lisa's for delicious brunch, close to bike rentals and right across the street from public beach access. The bayside was a lovely view - we saw two manatees and watched numerous boats coming and going. The sofa bed needs a new mattress and the patio furniture could be updated. Otherwise, it's great condo!

Great view of bay. Easy walk to the beach. Unit was clean. Some items need updated (i.e. patio doors) but overall it worked well for us and provided exactly what we needed for visiting our son in the area. Beaches in this area are excellent! Host provided excellent check in and check out instructions. Thank you!

It is a very nice place. The pull out couch mattress was lacking. It was not comfortable at all. It needed: more dish towels and soft hand soap. It was not clear per the advertisement that it was only a one bedroom.
