The condo is warm and inviting and has everything you need. The view is amazing! Close to John’s Pass and all the action. Frances answered any questions quickly. You won’t be disappointed.

This condo was the best equipped I have stayed in. Everything you could want. Fran was very easy to contact and was very helpful. The location was great. Pool and hot tub was very nice. We have stayed in this area for many years and this was our best stay.

Beautiful view, close to everything. Took a dolphin cruise and a trip to Shell Key through Hubbard’s, highly recommend. The pool is heated and new, beach is such a short walk out the back gate. Very safe and quiet area, we will definitely be back.

The Gulf view is the star of the show! You can hear the ocean waves as soon as you walk into the condo. Everything was spotless clean!
