We had a late check in due to a delayed flight but John and Amy had given us simple arrival instructions for entry to the apartment. So straight to the top floor to find a lovely appointed apartment with a wonderful view of the coast and at this time the sunset. We asked if our grandson (resident in Pinellas) whose five could stay over and nothing was to much trouble. As top floor away from any street noise, but close enough to the action at St Johns Pass. Will be looking at booking again, when coming over to see our daughter and grandson again, just for peace and quiet and location and don't forget the pool, which was nice and refreshing balanced by the hot tub and BBQ. Lovely thanks form the Clarke's.

We rented this condo after our sons wedding in downtown St Petersburg to just to relax after the festivities. WOW , what a way to relax!!!! This condo was so clean , very spacious, and the bed was EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE!!! We couldn't have been happier with the renting process! John and Amy were so EASY to deal with and this was the smoothest renting we have done!! Easy access to the building when we arrived a spot to park our car and an amazing pool and oh how can I forget the view from the balcony!!!!!!! It was heaven on earth!!!! The building was maintained BEAUTIFULLY!! Easy 5 min walk to Johns Pass for literally anything you could want to eat and sweet treats and shops!!!
THANK YOU John and Amy for sharing your FANTASTIC condo with us!!!! Hope to stay in your condo in May and October next year!!! We just LOVED IT!!!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were several beach umbrellas and chairs. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The view from the balcony was amazing. The building was very well maintained and safe. The owners were easy to work with and quick to respond to my emails. The location was excellent. We were able to walk to John's Pass every evening for dinner. I would definitely return to this condo if I am ever in this area again. It was a wonderful vacation!
