Walking distance to the largest Marina in Kimberling City, with boat, jet ski and boat slip rentals on site, Pier 28 over water restaurant (during season) and more! Less than 5 minute drive to the grocery (Harter House), restaurants and all the extras the town has to offer! Less than 20 minutes to Silver Dollar City and 25 minutes to Branson.

House is lovely …just don’t bring your boat! The property across the street is a resort and there were always cars blocking the driveway so we never could get out early and fish which was the main reason for our stay! Otherwise property owner responsive and would stay again without bringing our boat as the location is out of the craziness of the Branson strip yet next to the lake and close to Silver Dollar city
