About this house rental

The house sits on 2 acres on Table Rock Lake! The interior is renovated! And thanks to my great guests we have been able to make some upgrades including new mattresses! This is a beautiful cottage/home for family vacations, fishermen or romantic getaways. It is only a short drive to Branson, Silver Dollar City, shopping, banks, groceries, golf and tourist attractions. This home includes Mediacom, WiFi, a loaded kitchen, fire-pit and an outside porch facing the lake with BBQ charcoal grill, picnic table & plenty of chairs.
Pets are allowed. There is a $50 pet fee and the owner must be advised. Please check the pet regulations.

I stayed at this perfect little gem of a property with my spouse, our 12 year old son, and our two dogs for 8 nights in April. The house is cute, clean, and cozy with all of the amenities you may need. We live in northern Michigan and this was a great spot to shake off our long winter. The property is fantastic and private. No fencing so you will need some leads for dogs. Our dogs loved swimming in the lake, and the house is in a nice neighborhood for walks. Lots of wildlife - deer, eagles, hawks, water birds, etc. A private dock that is really wonderful for sunrise and just enjoying the lake. We previously stayed on Indian Point which is closer to Branson, but we were looking for something a little more quiet and private. This fit the bill perfectly. Branson is just 20-25 min away. The homeowners are right next door but they were not intrusive at all. Wonderful hosts! We would definitely stay here again. And the best breakfast/bbq spot is just about a mile away - Ma's Place. The only thing we forgot to bring that we needed was our portable canopy. So I would advise anyone who likes to hang out outdoors a lot to bring one. I highly recommend this property.

Everything was perfect! Lots of basic items already there. Plenty of room for a family of 6. Very clean. Dog friendly yard. Not fenced in but plenty of running room. Location is about 30 mins from Everything. The host is close by if anything was needed. I highly recommend this place.

The home interior is reminiscent of a Mediterranean villa. Very nice! We didn't eat out all of the time, so it was nice to have everything we needed in the kitchen, when we chose to cook for ourselves. The property is amazing with numerous mature trees and a private dock (this property only) with boat slip. Kimberling City has a large marina that is only a few minutes away if interested in water sports or fishing

The property and view were Amazing! We are over 60 and were glad there were not many steps except walking downhill to the lake, which was just a slight incline. The fish were not biting much, but the turtles were. Was nice to walk across the street to get a bite to eat too. We hope to be back!

If you want privacy away from life this is the place to be. The fishing was great, caught a 13.5lb. catfish. The house was nice and stocked with everything we needed. It was a great place to spend a week.

This property is exactly what we were looking for and what we needed. Beautiful and quiet - we spent most of our time sitting outside looking at the beautiful views and listening to birds. The house was cozy and clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. We only encountered one issue and the host addressed it promptly and way beyond our expectation. We couldn't be happier with the overall stay and we plan to come here regularly and spreadn the word to others about this marvelous site. We loved our stay! It was a long weekend trip for us, and it was the perfect place for my husband, our two dogs, and me. There was plenty of outside space for our dogs to run and play fetch, and they loved having the lake right there to play in, too! The house is very cozy and feels just like home. Andrea was very friendly, accommodating, and prompt with her messages and replies. Be advised, the property is in a very heavily wooded area, and we did find a couple ticks crawling around on our dogs. We expected this though, given it is a wooded lake area, and by no means negatively reflects the property! I just thought I'd advise in this review so any other dog parents can ensure flea/tick preventatives have been given prior to visiting like we did :) no bugs followed us home haha overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this lovely home for couples and small families, especially ones with dogs who love to swim! Locat! Location! Location! Absolutely coziest house right on the lake. Wooded lot made you feel like you were all alone in the woods. Close to everything even though you don’t need anything because everything is here! There’s even a little small tavern next door that isn’t overly crowded or rowdy. Just an overall extremely pleasant experience. Not many homes that aren’t stacked upon each other in the Branson area. Truly special property

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this home. The views from the living room of the lake were pretty and peaceful from sunrise to sunset. The home has a very cozy screened porch which was perfect for puzzles. Even though we stayed during the peak time for fall color, the location was private and quiet with lots of wildlife variety. We have all ready booked a return visit for next year.

Loved the secluded area. Liked the space and able to travel with my dogs. Would of liked to be able to fish off dock but with all the turtles it was impossible. There needs to be a deep cleaning and the grounds need attention.

I’m glad I chose the house it was very comfy love the lake and was able to check in earlier if i wanted the owner was very nice through it all will stay there if I ever go back to the state we even seen deer for three days
