The Villa CASA BIANCA is a newly equipped holiday villa in one of the best locations for vacationers in Cape Coral.
With the boat you are in 1 minute on the open water of the Caloossahatchee River, and in a few minutes with the most beautiful islands of the Gulf of Mexico or the beach of Ft. Myers Beach.
By car, you are also just 1 km from the Cape Coral Bridge, which has both International Airport Ft. Myers (RSW), which opens up many beaches and also the outlets and other shopping paradises of Southwest Florida.
Most holidaymakers in Cape Coral will come back because one of the flair of the Venice of Florida captivates.
The Villa CASA BIANCA has 2 bedrooms, each with an associated bathroom, and a very spacious open living and dining area with an open kitchen, and everything has direct access to the spacious pool area through sliding glass doors.
The pool is very large, so you can actually swim.
The villa has an associated boat deck with a boat lift, which offers enough space for a separately rentable boat up to 24 ft in length.
The villa is equipped with all amenities that offer holiday guests a perfect holiday experience: New and modern kitchen equipment, with Nespresso coffee machine, KitchenAid food processor, blender, sufficient dishes, European cutlery and of course glasses. In the covered and screened pool area there is a large dining table with 6 chairs. The house has 4 loungers and other seating areas in the front area and on the boat deck.
You will find enough pool and beach towels, as well as a large cooler bag.
From the house you can walk to the best bars and restaurants in Cape Coral in a few minutes.
The villa has a double garage, which is available for you to use.
The huge fireworks from 4th July and also on New Year's Eve and other celebrations, which are fired directly at the Cape Coral Bridge, can be admired directly from the house!

We had an amazing time staying at this home. The location was perfect and made it easy to truly enjoy everything the area has to offer. The pool is north-facing, but it still received plenty of sun in the afternoon, which made it perfect for relaxing and swimming later in the day.One of our favorite features of the house was how open it felt. There are several doors, including two pocket doors, that allow you to open the space up and really enjoy the indoor-outdoor Florida lifestyle.We were also lucky enough to see dolphins swimming in the canal, which was such a fun and memorable experience.The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to cook and more. It was very well stocked. There were also plenty of linens and towels provided, so there was no need to bring anything extra.Overall, this was a fantastic stay and we would absolutely come back again.

Just returned from 3 weeks at this home. Overall we had a good time but there are some things people should be aware of. Pros: Klaus and Angela are very good hosts and easy to get in touch with. The house is in a good area for easy access to restaurants and shops and trips to Fort Myers. Everything you need is at the house including bikes, pool toys etc.Very comfy beds and sofa's. Pool once it was heated was lovely.Fishing was goodCons:Kitchen badly needs updating. Fridge/freezer is dented and rusty around ice making unit.Broken knobs on electric hob.Cupboard doors damaged.Pool cold on arrival and we were there 3 days before it had heated enough for us to use it.Dock seems to be rusting away and very discoloured.Lots of road noise from road over to Fort Myers early morning and late afternoon.Generally house in need of some TLC and sadly does not live up to pictures on Vrbo.
