The Villa CASA BIANCA is a newly equipped holiday villa in one of the best locations for vacationers in Cape Coral.
With the boat you are in 1 minute on the open water of the Caloossahatchee River, and in a few minutes with the most beautiful islands of the Gulf of Mexico or the beach of Ft. Myers Beach.
By car, you are also just 1 km from the Cape Coral Bridge, which has both International Airport Ft. Myers (RSW), which opens up many beaches and also the outlets and other shopping paradises of Southwest Florida.
Most holidaymakers in Cape Coral will come back because one of the flair of the Venice of Florida captivates.
The Villa CASA BIANCA has 2 bedrooms, each with an associated bathroom, and a very spacious open living and dining area with an open kitchen, and everything has direct access to the spacious pool area through sliding glass doors.
The pool is very large, so you can actually swim.
The villa has an associated boat deck with a boat lift, which offers enough space for a separately rentable boat up to 24 ft in length.
The villa is equipped with all amenities that offer holiday guests a perfect holiday experience: New and modern kitchen equipment, with Nespresso coffee machine, KitchenAid food processor, blender, sufficient dishes, European cutlery and of course glasses. In the covered and screened pool area there is a large dining table with 6 chairs. The house has 4 loungers and other seating areas in the front area and on the boat deck.
You will find enough pool and beach towels, as well as a large cooler bag.
From the house you can walk to the best bars and restaurants in Cape Coral in a few minutes.
The villa has a double garage, which is available for you to use.

Villa Casa Bianca was such a wonderful place for us! The villa is so big and nice! The kitchen is equipped with lots of great gadgets. Our view was amazing! We loved sitting and enjoying our morning coffee in the screened in lanai and watching the boats in the canal go by. We could walk to many restaurants and stores which is right up our alley when on vacation. Klaus is very nice and stopped in to answer any questions we had. We would definitely love to book this home again!

We had such a great week at Casa Bianca! The home is very spacious and the location can’t be beat. I walked my dog around the area and felt very safe. You can walk to the great shops and dining in the South Cape area. We enjoyed being so close to the Farmers Market! This property is very convenient to Fort Myers and we loved being able to visit Norman Love twice (my fave). Helpful tips:There is a drip coffee machine and an Original Nespresso. Kitchen is well stocked as far as tools/gadgets. We didn’t use the grill, but it is available. There are a few pool floats and toys available. The neighbors are very quiet. However, the house next door has an outdoor tv and the owner watches mainstream news for a few hours each morning and evening at an unusually high volume. It didn’t really bother us, but something to note. All in all, a great visit. We would definitely stay here again!
