Apartment in residence on the sea surrounded by green areas, with swimming pool equipped for adults and
children with lifeguard, tennis court, petanque, ping pong table and WIFI internet. From the residence leads directly to the clear sandy beach, ideal for snorkelers.
The residence is in Lu Bagnu just 2.5 km from the historic town of Castelsardo which boasts a lovely marina facing the island of Asinara. A few minutes by car you can reach the most beautiful places in the area. Porto Torres, where the landing takes place for those arriving by sea, can be reached in 30 minutes.
The apartment has been completely renovated in 2016. It is located on the ground floor and accommodates up to 4 people. Equipped with air conditioning is as follows: sleeping area with double bed and bunk bed, wardrobe + living area with sofa bed, kitchenette, dining table, washing machine, flat screen TV. Bathroom with hydro shower and FM radio. Outdoor patio.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, oven and hob.
At 20 meters are all the services: bank, post office, pharmacy, market, craft shops, delicatessen, restaurants, bars, etc.
Prices are inclusive of water, electricity, towels and bed linen.
Cleaning Euro 70.00, Deposit Euro 250.00.

The Milan Linate / Alghero and Rome Fiunicino / Alghero flights are really convenient, and take you to Alghero airport in less than an hour, which is 60 km from Castelsardo.
For those who want to change the beach, it is possible to do so in just a few minutes by car: Marina di Sorso,
Badesi, La Ciaccia, Maragnani, Valledoria, while just 50 minutes away are the beaches of the island
Rossa, Costa Paradiso, Santa Teresa di Gallura and Stintino.
Warnings:
- The rules of the house are the same that each of us reserves to their home, respect, cleanliness, order, in short, all that certainly makes us feel comfortable!
- Prohibition of access to housing to animals.
- The residence's swimming pool is available from 15 June to 15 September.
- At Lu Bagnu the waste disposal is in effect, in case of non-compliance any fines will be charged to you, it is for the good of all!
- Prices are inclusive of water, electricity and gas and bed and bath linen is already available.
- Possibility of booking with arrival and departure midweek, do not hesitate to contact us we will find the right solution and price.

The apartment is located in a very nice and clean property in the small town Lu Bagnu. The property is very family-friendly, and there are very few tourist in the hole town, except from the Italian tourists. The town have good options for grocery shopping and restaurants and bars. That gives you a good feeling with the real Italian lifestyle. That also includes that the pool area are closed from 1 to 4 pm everyday because of the siesta. But then you can use the very good beach. The apartment is located in the building in a bit dark corner, but that was actually very nice, because it didn’t got to warm during the day. About parking: There are fortunately only a very few parking lots to all the apartments, so don’t expect to be able to park there. There are a public parking area 5 minutes from the apartment, but it is crowded and you can’t be sure to get a free parking spot. Then you have to use the parking lots for payment. That costs 1 euro per hour. Because of the very familiar and Italian vibes in the property the only language spoken is Italian - also by the host of the apartment - so you have to be patient and be ready to use google translate a lot. The communication with the owner was a little difficult but the manager of the property, Stefano, was very helpful with all kind of stuff. (But only in Italian) . All by all a very nice vacation
