About this cottage rental

In the pure tradition of Provencal farmhouses, a haven of happiness under the olive trees awaits you. Pascale and Guy offer a spacious charming cottage, fully equipped.
On the ground floor, a bedroom for 2 people with bathroom and toilet, a large kitchen, living room and toilet. On the floor 1 big room for 4 people with room of water and toilet.
A 3rd bedroom with shower room and wc for 2 people. Linens and cleaning products are provided. The cottage is equipped with Wifi, TV with foreign channels and air conditioning. in each room.
Outside, a shed with table, chairs, table football, barbecue is reserved to the tenant with access to the pool. A nice pool called "Roman pool" will delight young and old, secured by an alarm. Parking inside the property. The cottage is not handicap accessible. Pets are not accepted.
Located near Orange, Chateauneuf du Pape and Avignon, Sérignan comtat will be the starting point of wonderful tours, walks, walks, bike tours in the heart of Vaucluse. This place is ideally located to receive and discover our region with vacationers come to visit or just relax around the pool under the olive trees.

Property was very nice and clean. Apartment rented has two stories 1 BR diwnstairs and 2 BRs upstairs. The apartment is approximately 40 minutes by car north of Avignon so this location was a little ways out of the way, but still had easy access by car to sites in Orange and to Papal Palace, Pont du Gare, and Nimes.Owner were definitely more comfortable with French than English, so we had some challenging conversations, but we were able to make due with us just English speakers.

A nice original building (Mas) converted to holiday accommodation with everything needed provided. The large circular swimming pool and accompanying shade from nearby trees in the garden were great for cooling down. Located on the edge of a village, a car is essential to make the most of what the area has to offer. The property owners were friendly and very helpful with advice about local things to do and places, like restaurants, to visit. Happy to make a return visit in the future.

What a fantastic place to stay! We arrived at Mas de Ziguy and were welcomed with a smile and a lot of advice concerning the house. Each room has its own toilet and bathroom. The 4 children (between 9 and 11y) slept in the open room. But this was perfect for them! All rooms have wooden blinds outside to keep the light out and the warmth. But each piece has Airconditioning, which was more than welcome in summer. All beds were made upon arrival and the house had everything we needed. The garden was fabulous. A lot of nice corners. Space for outside dining, a great pétanque place, a wonderful large pool, ping pong, table football, … I cannot recommend enough! You found what you are looking for, without a doubt! We definitely come back! Thank you Guy and Pascale for this great stay! Hosts who were close by when you needed them, for a friendly talk, but with such discretion mostly didn’t notice they were there next door!

Lovely gite with exceptional "Roman" round pool, excellent for swimming and relaxing. Lovely grounds with plenty of space to relax in the sun or in shade. Guy and Pascale were very friendly and welcoming without being intrusive as they live next door. Great location for visiting Orange, Pont du Gard, etc.

Location truly beautiful, facilities including garden and grounds magnificent and Pascale & Guy wonderful hosts. Very experienced owners, everything was carefully explained down to the details of how to use the Petanque piste! Perfect venu for outside living, both sun and shade available. The piscine was just wonderful. We had a brilliant family holiday.

The property has everything that you could ask for and more! The location is good, the house is well equipped, the garden is beautiful and the pool is amazing! Plenty of space indoors and outdoors, and lots of added extras. Guy and Pascale are delightful, thoughtful hosts - they’re if you need them but also leaving you to your own time. We can highly recommend - and hope to return in the future!

My family of three rented this gite and we were impressed the moment we arrived. Inside the property was modern while retaining a lot of traditional features, extremely clean, comfortable and well styled, thanks to owner Pascale’s talent as an artist. The three bedrooms were very spacious, each with en-suite, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need and there was air conditioning throughout which was very welcome in August. Outside was very spacious. There were lots of seating areas (both in the shade and in the sun) and apart from the lovely pool, there was an area to play boules, and a large canopied area for outdoor eating. The location was a great base for lots of Provence villages and towns and there is a lot of useful tourist information in the property so you can plan days out with ease. We had hired a car so went to a number of places including Avignon, L’isle sur la Sorgue and Aix and enjoyed visiting several farmer’s markets. The lovely hosts Guy and Pascale live next door and while they are available for any help, they were respectful and gave us privacy. I would definitely return and would recommend this place for anyone who wants to explore what Provence has to offer. Thank you for your hospitality Guy and Pascale!

This gorgeous old but modernised villa is beautifully appointed and well equipped with a lovely round swimming pool - surrounded by trees which give opportunities for shade if needed. Pascale and Guy, who live next door, were superb hosts, making sure we had everything we needed. They were so friendly and kind. They also lent us brilliant swimming pool sun beds and chairs and a blow up duck for our little 2 year old, who had as good a time as all of us. Thank you so much Pascale and Guy.

Wonderful stay! Much to our regret, we were only able to stay two nights with Guy and Pascale. Their place was perfect! Close to Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Gigondas. The rooms were welcoming, spacious and immaculate. The kitchen was particularly well organized. Guy and Pascale shared a glass of wine with us. We definitely hope to return soon. We highly recommend this for a short or extended stay.

Guy and Pascale's villa was wonderful! Pictures very accurately represented the property and amenities. The villa has wonderful air conditioning, a fully stocked kitchen, private rooms, and gorgeous bathrooms. It was perfect for my husband, our 5 month old, and my parents. We enjoyed evenings by the pool and explored the beautiful French countryside, wine country, Avignon, Mt. Ventoux, and even Le Tour De France during the days. Would highly recommend - Guy and Pascale were extremely gracious hosts and even invited us over to watch France win the World Cup!

We arranged our visit to be with our daughter and her sons who live in Scotland. It was perfect for us. The pool was so much fun. The gite was absolutely gorgeous, Pascale has a beautiful ability to make it comfortable but very classy. Our village - which I still struggle to pronounce was quaint and had all we needed; fruit, wine and bread. Orange was minutes away. And our hosts were warm and charming. Highly recommend for relaxing, sunning and sightseeing about the Provence. I hope we will be able to return one day.

Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen in Serignan verbracht. Der Pool und das klimatisierte Haus waren bei den heissen sommerlichen Temperaturen wirklich Gold wert. Sowohl die Kinder als auch wir Eltern haben die willkommene Abkühlung im Pool genossen. Pascale und Guy waren wunderbare Gastgeber. Dezent im Hintergrund haben sie sich engagiert gekümmert, dabei die Privatsphäre der Gäste stets beachtet. Ein Highlight waren die Einführungen in die provencalische Kultur; sei es beim petanque-spiel, beim Aperitif oder beim kleinen französisch-kurs für die Kinder. Die Umgebung ist zudem wunderschön und touristisch nicht überlaufen (wobei es schon ein Auto braucht). Eine Empfehlung für Familien mit Kinder: eine Wanderung in der Schlucht des Toulourenc. Wunderbar abenteuerlich! Merci beaucoup! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Guy und Pascale sind tolle Vermieter, wohnen nebenan und sind daher schnell zu erreichen. Außerdem pflegen sie die Anlage und den Pool täglich und sind auch sonst sehr bemüht, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Das Haus hat im Erdgeschoss ein Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer, eine Küche und Wohnzimmer sowie eine Toilette. Oben gibt es nochmal zwei Zimmer, eines ist ein Durchgangzimmer, aber mit ausreichend Privatsphäre. Beide Zimmer haben eigene Badezimmer. Die Lage am Ortsrand von Serignan ist okay. Man hört die Straße tagsüber, nachts eigentlich nicht. In zehn Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Orange. Zu Fuß erreicht man Bäckereien, einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen sowie zwei kleine Restaurants.

Des hôtes très accueillant dans un gite très bien aménagé, une décoration soignée, une literie parfaite. La cuisine est très bien équipée comme le reste du gite, barbecue, jeux de plein air.... tout est fait pour que nous profitions au maximum du calme et de la sérénité du lieu avec au centre la piscine magnifique et des oliviers. Séjour d'un week end trop court mais vraiment dépaysant. A refaire sur une plus longue période.

L'accueil de Pascale, notre hôtesse, est des plus chaleureux, à l'image de son gîte. Guy, son mari, a su tirer parti du mas, en lui donnant une nouvelle jeunesse, avec des matériaux de qualité, tandis que Pascale, délicate artiste, à su donner une belle âme à ce lieu. Tout est fait pour notre bien être. Les pièces sont spacieuses et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Nos hôtes font tout pour que l'on se sente "comme à la maison", avec les soucis en moins !! Mon seul regret : ne pas avoir pu profiter pleinement du jardin et de la belle piscine, à cause d'un emploi du temps chargé pendant ce week-end. Le plus de cette charmante maison, est la présence d'une salle de bain dans chaque chambre, ce qui permet de passer un agréable séjour entre amis, sans être gêné dans son intimité. Ce mas chaleureux et calme est vraiment à découvrir.
