About this apartment rental
Spacious and luxurious two-bedroom holiday apartment, with two bathrooms, terrace of 42 m2 with magnificent views of the beach of Jandia and its famous lighthouse, very sunny and with all the necessary amenities to enjoy a magnificent holiday, just 350 m away from the beach, and very close to the leisure and shopping area. The terrace is fully furnished, and from the bed of the double bedroom, you can observe the beach without having to get up. The apartment is very comfortable, has an interior surface of 72 m2, and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them in the master bedroom, with bath-shower, Wc, two sinks and bidet), the other bathroom, with a shower, a sink, toilet and bidet. Living room with TV, stereo, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, oven, microwave, cutting board, dishes of all kinds, dishwasher, etc.)

The apartment is in a great location with far reaching views over the beach, sea and lighthouse. It's a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants with plenty of street parking if you hire a car. Perfect for a beach holiday!

This is a lovely well appointed apartment. A real home from home feeling. The beds are comfy the blackout blinds work well and are needed due to working lighthouse in front. The outside dinning area was large and well used during our stay.
Walking up the steep hill back up to the apartment when returning from the beach can be hard work although taxis are abundant and very reasonable. You can only have such a spectacular view by being high up.

Zentral gelegen. Sehr schöner Blick. Wunderschöne Terrasse. Absolute Ruhe. Kein Straßenlärm hörbar. Die einzigen störenden Geräusche sind die Tennisbälle von einem nicht sichtbaren Tennisplatz. Da muss man aber genau hin hören
