About this apartment rental
In front of the sea, overlooking the beach of Jandía, in Morro Jable (Fuerteventura).
Studio apartment for 2/4 people, equipped and furnished with WIFI / WLAN, HD TV with national and international channels, sofa bed, fridge, hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, tower fan, dryer, cot and others. Terrace with furniture and wonderful views. Washer and dryer for common use, in the complex.
Swimming pools (children and adults) overlooking the beach. Pool bar, restaurant (good value for money), billiards.
The apartment is located on the same floor as the pools and restaurant. Magnificent views of the sea, the beach, the lighthouse and the sun of Jandía, from the terrace.
Reception 24 hours with Internet access, telephones, books, information about visits to the island and everything you may need.
Elevators, specifically three, to make it more comfortable to carry luggage, shopping.
At the exit of the complex, there are supermarkets, restaurants, medical center, pharmacy, shops.

Notes on accommodation.
The apartments are spacious and bright rooms. The terraces are south facing. The accommodation is suitable for children and the elderly. The apartments are easily accessible by elevator. There are community swimming pools (adult and children) and solarium area, with sun beds, umbrellas. A games room and breakfast and dinner can be taken in the restaurant. There is a 24-hour reception.
Accessibility
There is wheelchair access to the apartments and throughout the complex, as well as outside. The outer pavement with ramps for wheelchairs, strollers, etc.
The route to the beach is flat at the surface level, so even access to the beach is possible by wheelchair.
You can rent a car from the airport or locally to explore the entire island (4x4 recommended!)

Palm Garden has a communal pool and a children's pool with sun loungers and a poolside restaurant. There is a bar and games room.
The lobby has access to the Internet and public telephones.
At street level there is a row of shops, cafes and restaurants, to choose from. Supermarkets and medical centers are also very close.
The fishing village of Morro Jable is about 20 minutes away on foot. The great beach promenade also features an adorable series of restaurants. The local food is fantastic. It has banks, post office and police station, plus a large supermarket and laundry.
Coast / Beach
The (start of) the beach is only a short 100 meters walk from the apartment building. Sun loungers and umbrellas, can be rented at regular intervals along the beaches, where there are also occasional bars on the beach to relax, listen to music, with a wide variety of freshly prepared dishes.
Beach.
The beach is ideal for windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing and there are diving schools nearby. Other activities available include fishing, diving, sailing, tennis, golf, boat trips, visits to other islands by boat, bicycle, camel riding, mountain biking, tricycle cycling, cross bike, jet skis, botanical gardens , zoo (the largest and most complete of all the Canary Islands) and walking. Fuerteventura has a very relaxing volcanic landscape.

Morro Jable is the nearest town. It takes about 20 minutes on foot, along the beach or along the promenade. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or a bus to get there. It is a town with good restaurants along the coast. It has banks, post office and police station, hypermarket (Spar-Padilla), laundry, and much more!

The area is perfect to enjoy the beach and the south of the island. The apartment is cute, clean, nice with a balcony with spectacular views, directly to the beach. It is well equipped, close to the pool and every service. It is free to park near the complex. Also, it has public transport just in front of the complex. The area is full of shops, supermarket, restaurants and others. The transparent beach is just in front of the main door. Really, perfect to enjoy the perfect holiday.

The apartment is cute, clean, nice, magnificent seaviews from its balcony. The pools are in the same floor, very comfortable for us. The area is full of shops, restaurants, bars, excursions, activities and also the beach, just in front of the main door of the complex. The water of the sea is transparent, the sand is blonde and fine. More than perfect for us.

We liked everything, both inside and outside the apartment. The interior is spacious, has a practical and pleasant decoration, with lots of light. The first exit to the balcony, left us speechless, beautiful views to the beach and sea. The pools of the complex are on the same floor, every morning we had we swam for a while, before having breakfast. The location is unbeatable, all kinds of services, the beach a few steps away and very close to the village. A pleasure to sleep every night, listening the murmur of the waves in the sea. Our holiday was amazing.

We love Canary islands but this is the first time in Fuerteventura. We have rented two apartments in this complex from the same owner. This apartments is nice, clean, well equipped in an area with every service you may need. The balcony is quite big wiht furniture and relaxing seaviews to the beach. The area of pools are very relaxing too, having seaviews from the sun loungers. Higly recommended for everybody that likes the sun, clean beaches and relax.
