Very nice cozy place with wooden structure,, it has windows on the ceiling! I especially like the kitchen.

The house was difficult to find as we didn't see a number on it; Googlemaps also messed up with the location of the house, took a bit while to identify which one it was. The owner was not well prepared for our visit, she thought we were coming one week later and asked us to leave at 10am on the checkout day instead of 11am as indicated on the booking, which is not the best way to start. During our stay, we ran out of toilet paper as we only had one roll. We kindly asked the owner for a spare roll but they were a bit reluctant, even though they should be responsible for these supplies. There were also no plastic bags in the bins in the kitchen or bathrooms, we had to use our own plastic bag as trash bag. It wasn't the best. Before coming, I was informed by the owner that there is no hairdryer and I asked if there will be salt and pepper in the kitchen as we wanted to cook, she said it depends on if the previous visitors had left any... so I packed some on my own. When we arrived, it turned out to have salt and pepper, and a hairdryer. Overall, I feel the owner isn't very willing to receive us as guests in a subtle way how they provided the service. It's a shame.

Ein wunderschöne Rückzugsort in den Schweizer Bergen - und gleichzeitig doch an der Zivilisation!

Eine wunderschöne Dachwohnung über dem Ferienchalet der Hausbesitzer, allerdings organisiert und gemanagt über einen Agentur. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, eine superschöne Lage mit einem phantastischen Blick über das Tal de Sion, gegenüber von Crans Montana. Das es auf der Südseite des Tales liegt schaut man quasi den ganzen Tag auf sonnenbeschienene Berge. Das große Bett ist prima, die Sitzecke gemütlich und die frei zugängliche DVD Sammlung enorm (auch wenn ich keine genutzt habe und die Hüllen französisch sind). Vercorin hat einen Supermarkt, schöne (aber überschaubare) Wanderwege - hier kann man einfach mal in dem Bergen die Seele baumeln lassen.

Der Kontakt (über die Agentur) war im Prinzip super, sehr reaktionsschnell und bemüht, so dass ich erst spät. Gemerkt habe, dass es eine Agentur ist. Eigentlich war es eine Rückmeldung, die in Inhalt und Form meinen Unmut erregt hat. Was nämlich wirklich kompliziert ist ist die Lücke zwischen Anspruch und Möglichkeit bei der Mülltrennung. Und da wurde ich mit den Verweis auf die Info der Buchungsseite abgespeist und habe ein wenig gekämpft alles korrekt zu machen.

Come a casa!

Appartamento accogliente, completo di tutto e molto silenzioso, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Paesino molto tranquillo, con diversi sentieri e cabinovia per raggiungere le vette più alte.

Un unico negozio di alimentari in paese con prezzi fuori controllo...

Logement vraiment très charmant, fonctionnel et convivial.

Hauteur de plafond par endroit un peu petit. Accès voiture dans le jardin un peu compliqué.
