Séjour impossible… appartement dévasté …
Nous n’avons pas pu utilisé le logement il était dans un état déplorable. Visiblement il avait été squatté. Il y’a avait des sacs poubelles, des restes de nourriture avariée, des fenêtres étaient cassées. De plus les photos figurant sur le profil booking (la cuisine ) ne correspondaient pas . Et l’hébergeur a coupé tout contact et refuse d’admettre le préjudices et de nous rembourser. Et personne ne s’est déplacé pour constater les dégâts et prendre acte de l’incident …

L’appartement était dans un état insalubre. Il y a avis des sacs poubelles dans un couloir. La fenêtre de la chambre était cassée. La cuisine était immonde avec des restes de nourritures en putréfaction.

Soggiorno adeguato al prezzo di vendita , era proprio quello che cercavamo ,sia come location che come sistemazione delle camere

niks, de werkelijkheid kwam niet overeen met de presentatie op Booking.
de ligging, de faciliteiten, de uitstraling. Het ligt aan een drukke weg in niemandsland, terwijl op booking staat dat het in Crans Montana ligt. nu, het ligt er 20 km vanaf onder aan de berg 5 minuten van de snelweg. de foto van het chalet op de advertentie is niet het chalet in werkelijkheid. Ik heb de foto’s toegevoegd. verder was het bed super slecht, de matras oud en doorgezakt, en de douche valt eigenlijk geen douche te noemen. Er was geen kledingkast en weinig licht. Twee kleine raampjes.
