Great location right across from Mayadevi Temple and close to restaurants in town. Provided a fantastic breakfast for a reasonable extra fee. The owner is very sweet and up early.
There were quite a few mosquitoes and other bugs in the room that could’ve probably been cleaned out before my arrival. The shower didn’t have hot water.

It is situated in a very good location outside the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Lumbini. Breakfast was excellent, a hearty portion of brown rice congee, with chive pancakes, fried cabbage and scrambled eggs with tomatoes. The service is excellent.
The airconditioning was not very strong.

Very kind hosts. The location was perfect to visit the Maya Devi Temple and the local and tourist bus drop-off and pickup is right next to the hotel. The room was simple but clean and the breakfast was good.
-The beds were a bit hard. -Dogs of the neighbouring building barking a lot but nothing that the hotel could do anything about of course.
