About this house rental

Stone house of 120 m2 on vaulted cellars. The property is surrounded by a manicured garden with trees 15000 M2, a pool of 10 x 5 m suite you can enjoy the Ardèche sun. A 5-minute drive from the center of the Vans where you will find all the shops you need for your stay. The house has 3 bedrooms each with 2 beds 90, a kitchen opening onto the living room on one side and on the terrace on the other side, a bathroom with double sinks, tub and shower, separate toilet. The cool cellars will allow you to store your drinks and other fruits and vegetables.

This is the perfect place for relaxing holiday. we as a family with three kids enjoyed the house very much. The house is wonderful with a very nice living room and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. They are two terraces to hang out both with shade. The pool is amazing and the garden is large with many things to explore. The cleaning robot in the swimming pool makes sure that the pool always stays nice. Because of the large garden the house gives the impression that you are all by yourself, but by car it’s just a few minutes going down to Le Vans, which is a very charming village. It has a wonderful market on Saturdays. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay here. The host is friendly and quick in answering. we would love to come back again.

Situé en pleine nature, ce gîte très bien aménagé et décoré fut une excellente surprise. Les naturalistes seront comblés par le chant des cigales, du loriot ou encore du petit-duc. Il est idéalement situé pour découvrir la région: bois de paiolive (arrêtez -vous au restaurant à l'entrée du bois), gorges du chassezac, jolis villages. ...Et en revenant de votre escapade, vous profiterez pleinement delà piscine très bien entretenue.

Maison superbe

Maison superbe

Maison superbe, spacieuse, de beaux volumes, très calme, avec une très jolie terrasse surplombant le jardin. Le jardin (ou plutôt le parc) est somptueux, la piscine à l’abri des regards. Très bien située, à proximité du village Les Vans et de nombreux sites, grottes, forêts qui valent le détour. Nous avons passé une semaine extrêmement agréable dans cette maison et dans la région. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir.
