Although the place is quite ok their advertising is deceptive at best. I’d recommend other properties in the area

Initially the price on booking.com was 95.10 for the night and it was 21km from Vallon-Pont-d’Arc (according to booking.com)

1. If you don’t read the small details in a separate area you won’t know that the price does not include bedding or towels (those are 10€ & 6€ per person) 2. The location is 34-38km from Vallon-Pont-d’Arc (not 21km) 3. The photos the property advertise with are nothing like what you will find. 4. They are not responsive to messages before your arrival except when it is to relieve you of more money.

L'emplacement et la tranquillité. Maison typique de l'Ardèche et la proximité rivière et commerce

Logement pas très propre, ampoule qui ne fonctionne pas, canapé sale et cassé donc inutilisable, gond de fenêtre cassée, et jardin des voisins donnant directement sur logement. Piscine non indiqué sur plan donc on cherche. Pas de chemin pour se rendre à tous les logements donc pas pratique pour décharger le véhicule

Au global bon séjour, avec un bon emplacement pour rayonner autour pour visiter la région

L’emplacement du domaine pour visiter la région et les équipements ds le logement . La literie est confortable. Petite rivière à 10 minutes à pied idéal pour se rafraîchir (également accessible pour les chiens) Toutes les commodités (boulangerie,commerces…) sont facilement accessibles.

Le canapé de très mauvaise qualité, il n’y avait que 6 chaînes accessibles à la télévision avec la réception des chaînes Pas toujours de qualités À revoir la rénovation extérieur (peinture,mousse sur les portes…)

bonnes vacances car pas souvent sur place, toujours de sortie

emplacement ombragé, au calme, beau paysage, proche commerces

toiles d'araignées et araignées dans toute la maison, bouchon de lavabo qui reste fermé, chasse d'eau qui reste bloquée, une seule poele pour manger et totalement usée, très peu d'ustensiles, aspirateur totalement plein. Personnel jamais présent pour faire respecter le règlement de la piscine par exemple, ou la plupart des gens se baignent tout habillé

L emplacement du domaine est proche des commodités . La dame de l accueil est très gentille . Parking très grand .

Logement très sombre , le parc qui l entoure n est pas bien entretenu, la piscine sans possibilité d avoir de l ombre , ...... la propreté, la vétusté,, ..... Pas de wifi dans les cottages , pas de clim ( on le savait )

Wat verouderde site die dringend een update nodig heeft maar in basis wel ok is. Woningen geven genoeg privacy.

Beperkte openingsuren zwembad, geen avond zwemmen is ok voor overlast maar zwembad ligt ver genoeg van de woningen De geur bij toekomen was zeer onfris.

Un séjour en famille pour prendre l'air et se reposer avec le bruit des cigales en fond

L'endroit est isolé de tout. On peut se reposer sans être gêné par le voisinage. Le logement est sommaire mais présente tout l'équipement nécessaire pour un court séjour. Nous sommes venu en famille et nous avions largement la place pour dormir et manger. Le bruit des cigales au réveil ou sur un transat est un réel plus.

Dommage qu'il n'y est pas de moustiquaire aux fenêtre car le soir c'est invivable. Enfin la piscine ne présente pas de parasol et de transat c'est moyens pour y passer un moment. Il faudrait également qu'il refasse l'air de jeu pour enfants qui est en ruine vers la piscine.

Nous sommes dans un village vacances. L'environnement des logements est aéré. La piscine est un vrai plus. Fauteuils de jardin, parasol mis a disposition. Literie confortable.

Pas de wifi sauf a l'accueil. En mode village vacances, rien de fourni en serviettes, produits savons et autres . Les draps, serviettes de toilettes sont en supplément. Le ménage est en supplément, 65€.

Bien même si quelques points sont à revoir

Le lieu, la piscine, l’endroit dog friendly et les activités possible sur place

Le nettoyage est plus que moyen, il faut prendre ses propres serviettes et draps sinon il faut les louer, les activités toutes inaccessibles à 19:30. Les maisonnettes sont en pierre et il doit y avoir des nids de guêpes partout dans les murs au vu du nombre qui vole dehors quand on est sur la terrasse, la literie n’est pas forcément agréable
