About this villa rental
Enjoy Sunsets at Sanctuary our beautiful, executive home in the gated community of Sanctuary, West Haven. Our villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. With no rear neighbours and overlooking a peaceful conservation area, enjoy days sunbathing by our private pool before catching the final rays of the sun as it sets each evening. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, our home is tastefully decorated throughout and maintained to a very high standard.
We want to provide the highest level of customer service for each and every guest. We are always on hand to answer any questions you may have from the moment you book your stay with us.
We are located within only a 15 -20 minute drive to Walt Disney World. We are ideally situated close to the I-4 for easy access to all of the major theme parks in this area.
Only a 5 minute drive to the golf courses located within the prestigious Championsgate area, including the Greg Norman Championsgate Golf course this is an ideal location for golf lovers too.
Our Master bedroom has wonderful views over the pool and conservation area. With a king-size bed, 32" flat screen TV, dressing table, bedside tables and chest of drawers in the bedroom a sliding door also leads directly to the pool area. The Master bedroom en-suite bathroom features a large bath tub, separate walk-in shower, twin vanity His and Hers vanity units and separate wc.
Within our second Master bedroom you'll find a King sized bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside tables and a flat screen TV. The main feature of the adjoining bathroom is a large, double walk-in shower in addition to a vanity unit, sink and wc.
We have a further double Queen sized bedroom. This bedroom is en-suite to the Jack n Jill bathroom and the bedroom comprises of a flat screen Smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser, bedside table and wardrobe.
In a Galaxy far, far away you’ll find our Star Wars themed twin bedroom. For all budding jedi’s they’ll have a flat screen Smart TV, dresser, bedside table, wardrobe and ceiling fan. This bedroom is en-suite to the Jack n Jill bathroom which features a bath with shower, double vanity units, a sink and wc.
Our fully equipped kitchen comes complete with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, Mr Coffee coffee maker and toaster. We also provide a full range of crockery, cutlery and glasses.
An LG automatic washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are also available for use during your stay.
In our living room we have a stylish, modern decor with new sofas and chairs purchased in October 2019, a brand new 65” Smart TV and an Xbox One console.
A Ring doorbell has been added for the security of our home and our guests.
A Ring alarm system has also been installed for added security and peace of mind for all guests.
We fell in love with this villa and this was in no small part due to our amazing 30' x 15' pool and spa. It's in a beautiful setting, overlooking a conservation area. The extended pool deck is perfect for enjoying the Florida sun by day and the sunsets by evening due to the West facing pool. A covered lanai is perfect for shade when required. The pool deck also has a poolside shower.
We've recently added a games room to our villa for your added enjoyment, including a pool table, foosball table and dart board.
Guests will find ample towels for all bathrooms and we've even included pool towels.
We know how important the internet is for all guests and we've therefore provided free Hi-Speed WiFi, together with a TV package which includes premium channels, a selection of sports channels and of course the premium package includes HD channels. Free calls within the USA, Puerto Rico and Canada are also included.
The driveway provides parking for 2 vehicles, with extra parking available on the road only between the hours of 7am and 10pm. Vehicles parked on the road outside of these times, and those parked on grass verges or obstructing driveways and sidewalks (at anytime) are likely to be towed.
The property does not provide an electric vehicle charging point. Vehicles should not be connected to a household outlet.
The Sanctuary at West Haven is only a short distance from the main Orlando attractions. Being just 5 miles away from the Interstate 4, it allows for a journey time to Universal Studios and International Drive of approx 30-35 mins.
The property benefits from 24/7 external security cameras. These are located and provided coverage of the front door, the driveway and garage access, and the side aspect of the property.
The only guests entering the property, should be those included at the time of booking.
Pool heating, which is optional, is subject to an additional charge of £25 per day. Pool heat is generally needed between October and April.

DUE TO FLORIDA STATE LAW ONLY THE GUESTS LISTED ON THE BOOKING FORM ARE ALLOWED TO STAY OVERNIGHT IN OUR HOME.

The house and property is exactly as pictured, it was clean and comfortable, safe, and provided us the perfect vacation stay! The location is amazing and just minutes from all the locations we were visiting! Communication with the owners was easy and clear. Would absolutely stay here again!

Sue and Norm had accurately described the home and surrounding areas. Upon arrival the house was very clean, stocked with all necessities for our stay. We just bought minimal groceries to cook (which is the best when traveling with kids). Everyone in the family were extremely comfortable in their assigned rooms. The kids literally lived in the pool! Love the electric grill, which was so convenient to cook! The home is conveniently close to the grocery, gas within 5-10 minute drive and close to Disney Parks/Universal Studios but tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. We all cannot wait to come back for a visit! Thank you Sue and Norm for sharing your home with my family. See you soon!

The pictures did not do this home justice! It was so beautiful and we truly felt at home here! Plenty of room for sure! And it was so convenient to every where we needed to go! Sue and Norm, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful place! Couldn’t have asked for anything better!!

We have stayed in many villas in and around the Davenport area. This is by far the most nicest villa we have stayed in so far.Décor is lovely, it is equipped with everything you need, the pool area is spacious and clean, with nice views.Great location for getting onto the I4.Will definitely book this again when we go next year ... hopefully to buy our own villa!Lynne and Mike
