Lokalizacja w centrum. Czysto. Dużo miejsca. Jest wszystko, co potrzeba.
Lokum dość specyficznie położone w oficynie na poziomie i poniżej gruntu. Ktoś to może uważać za wadę, dla wielu będzie to zaleta np. bagaże, rower. Nisko zawieszony sufit przy wejściu + wysoki próg do kuchni, łatwo o wypadek.

Mieszkanie czyste zadbane, na wyposażeniu jest wszystko co potrzebne, właściciel o wszystkim informuje sms/mail a w razie nieprzewidzianych zdarzeń szybko odbiera telefon. Wszędzie blisko więc auto można spokojnie zostawić na cały pobyt w garażu oddalonym o 300m i nie martwić się o ewentualne szkody. Tak więc polecam z czystym sumieniem 🙂
Jak już mam się przyczepić to średnio wygodny materac, tzn zbyt mięki, czajnik mógłby być nowy lub chociaż odkamieniony. Jest to piwnica więc trzeba się przyzwyczaić 😉
