Close proximity to the Old Town. Good transportation links. Underground parking available. Very clean and very nice place. All provided. Close to a shop.
The only problem was when we were leaving the place, as the doors to the underground garage were locked and none of the keys provided matched. Also, even on exit,t the gates do not open automatically. Those two things that caused me to get back to a flat, take keys. walk to the garage around the building, then open the door for my friends, drive out, and walk back to the flat to leave the key there. Quite inconvenient. But not a major issue

Czteropokojowe mieszkanie (salon i trzy sypialnie). Schludnie i ładnie wykończone. Dobry rozkład. Dość dobrze wyposażona kuchnia (brak piekarnika i mikrofalówki, ale da się gotować). Dobry kontakt z wynajmującymi. Wygodne miejsce parkingowe - w garażu pod blokiem, miejsce blisko do wejścia do windy. Bardzo blisko sklep Biedronka. Niedaleko też Toruń Plaza.
Wynajmujący pewnie nie mają na to wpływu, ale ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem jest dość słabe. No i deweloper nie postarał się w kwestii ścian budynku - słychać rozmowy sąsiadów i przejazdy windy - jest to trochę uciążliwe nad ranem.

We zijn al vaker in dit appartement geweest. Nu blijkt het sinds kort verbouwd te zijn. Helemaal top qua inrichting, ruime kamers, goede bedden, appartement is mooi opgefrist
