ESPOSITO PLAZA- ROOMS & SUITE

The location was excellent (right outside of the Metro stop) and a bunch of cafes and restaurants all around. Bed was comfy - TV worked - - all good ! There’s a great outdoor market around the corner ( mornings only & no Sundays) Via Luca Giordano is a 4’ walk - great for shopping and eating too! Really the best area to stay in the Vomero

When I arrived, there was no way for me to enter the building. I kept ringing the intercom buzzer and there was no answer. Very frustrating because the number on the outside plaque of the building and the one in the emails from my Booking confirmation was NOT A What’s App number. I had no way to make a local call. Only after so much time did someone exit the building and I jumped in. I went up to the first floor(totally dark - no lights) did I meet someone who showed me the QR code - though I couldn’t call, I was able to send a What’s App message. The guy in charge - Peppe - came down immediately and checked me in. He was great! Maybe I just panicked a bit, but it could be made a bit easier for us.

Good location and overall a pleasant stay. The apartment had everything we needed for a few days, and the host was kind and helpful during check-in and communication. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The sound insulation could be better, and you can hear the metro sometimes, but overall it was a good experience and good value for the price. 🙂

The room itself was nice and the underground station was directly in front of the building.

Communication with the host was really hard and only possible with Google translation since she didn't speak any English at all and only Italian. The room was cleaned once a day, but, unfortunately, afterwards smelled like cigarette smoke each time.
