Lokalizacja, wygodne łóżko w sypialni.
Niewygodny pozapadany narożnik, brudny dywan, zepsuta deska w toalecie, zepsute światło w kuchni, zatkany brudem odkurzacz, brak suszarki do włosów - została dostarczona, papier toaletowy i ręcznik kuchenny trzeba kupić samemu.

Czystość, umeblowanie, położenie mieszkania, cisza. Odległość od plaży i promenady.
Małe wyposażenie kuchni, mało kubków, brak durszlaka, brak światła ledowego nad blatem kuchennym. Brak worków na śmieci . Ekipy sprzątające myjąc balkony na wyższych piętrach zalewały "nasz" balkon (brudna woda, włosy, resztki).

Śniadania nie było natomiast lokali-acja była bardzo dobra. Było blisko do morza i deptaku.
