We had such a wonderful stay! The place is small and super charming – cozy, warm, and beautifully designed. Everything felt inviting and comfortable. Alex is an amazing host: he welcomed us with a big smile, patiently listened to everything we needed (and even what we didn’t!), gave us great tips, and helped with anything we asked for. He was also very flexible and kindly allowed us to stay after check-in time since my husband wasn’t feeling well. The shared kitchen is lovely, and the balcony is such a pleasant spot to relax.
Overall, it was a perfect experience – highly recommended!

We stayed at this place for four nights and had a wonderful time.
Alex, the owner, is incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely interested in getting to know his guests.
The rooms were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. We especially appreciated the pool, the well-equipped kitchen where we could cook, and the balcony where we enjoyed our meals.
The location is also great — close to the train station, which made it easy to visit cities like Verona in a short time.
We’re very happy we chose to stay here for our holiday.
