整個空間是大的，裝潢跟設備都是舒服的
找鑰匙像是解謎一樣，因靠河邊，若開窗須小心蟲子會跑進來。位置落在比較安靜的地方，所以比較晚入住會整條路都是你們的聲音

The home is quite spacious and the largest of all our Japan travels. Beautiful location on the Kamo River and 15 min walk to Kyoto Station and 30 to Gion/Pontocho Alley. Great kitchen with lots of amenities. Washer/dryer combo, complete kitchen down to wine glasses, toaster, dishwasher and two toilets which suited our family of four. Tatami mat beds were quite comfortable and the electronic blinds and comfortable couch with Netflix optional were appreciated.
Initially helpful and responsive, but days before we arrived no response to our queries. Booking.com info is not correct regarding second location for key pick up. Not a lot of details on How to operate the house i.e. blinds, drying racks, stove top, tv remotes, dishwasher, etc. We were not accustomed to Japanese ways so it would have been helpful to have some greater detail how to operate as Google translate can only do so much.

Big house so great for us as a family of 5 to spread out and relax when do many rooms in Japan are very small.
Full kitchen so could cook a meal.
Nice spot by the river.
Washing machine/ dryer worked very well.
Very quiet neighbourhood.
Comfy beds on the floor- Japanese style.
900 metre walk from Kyoto main station.
Quite far away from the “happening” areas of Kyoto.
Not really many restaurants or bars nearby.
Heater in upstairs bedroom not working.
Instructions to everything in Japanese. Would have been helpful to have instructions in English.
