About this house rental

Outstanding home in a quiet gated community! The home is a very spacious, open layout with a kitchen, living room, dining room & breakfast room all open. Living room has large comfortable couches and smart TV. There's an additional study with a desk, 2 chairs and smart TV with Netflix (no cable). Master w/king size bed, secondary bedrooms have a full size & queen size bed. Private back yard with lawn maintenance included! The home is very open and the rooms are spacious. There are 2 secondary bedrooms that share a full bath up front, one with a queen size bed the other with a full size. The living area is very open and the couches are large and comfortable. The master suite has a king size bed & sitting area, dual vanities, stand up shower and separate garden tub. Every room has a smart TV. You'll be able to use the 2 car garage and park inside. We have recently replaced all of the appliances, repainted the interior and updated much of the furniture for a comfortable and upscale experience.

The property was very spacious and makes you feel right at home. Great neighborhood was exactly as described and better in person. All three bedrooms had TV's, Great Kitchen with plenty of utensils. Our family had a great Christmas / New Year's Holiday Stay. We definitely will be BACK!!! "FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY"

We are actually still staying at this property - we have rented it for 3 months and the project was extended so the homeowner enabled us to extend our stay and honored the same rate. It's been great so far!
