About this house rental
You can't beat this location! 20 minutes to Downtown Houston, 15 to IAH Airport, 15 to Woodlands & Exxon Campus! Immaculate home in quiet community w/4 bedrooms & 2 living rooms. Fully stocked with new appliances, linens, kitchenware & all essentials. Unbeatable location!! Home is situated between I-45 and Hardy Toll Rod, Beltway 8 is less than 10 minutes away so you'll have great access to anywhere you need to be in Houston!
The home is a 2,200 one story with all bedrooms on one end of the house and the living spaces on the other. The entire home has been updated and features beautiful laminate wood floors everywhere except the 3 secondary bedrooms which have carpet. There is a front living room with couches and a SmartTV (online streamings services & Netflix) which opens to the formal dining room which seats 6. The family room faces the huge back yard and has high ceilings and a corner wood burning fireplace and is also open to the kitchen. Fully updated kitchen has everything you need for your stay including gas cook top, double ovens and all small appliances & cookware. There is breakfast room that seats 4 and a laundry room with a high efficiency washer & dryer and a half bath. The secondary bedrooms all have good size closets and share a large hall bath with dual sinks and a tub/shower combo. The master suite has laminate flooring, 2 closets, faces the back yard and the bathroom has a great shower and double sinks. Huge & relaxing back yard!

The house was perfect for 4 or 5 people to stay. Plenty of space and lovely accommodations. There is one TV in the living room which would be better if it had more than just basic cable. The house made our stay in Houston comfortable and added a great deal of convenience. The owner is very attentive and pleasant.
