Nice property comprising 3 apartments situated near San Gimignano, only 300 meters away from the main entrance gate to the lovely historical city center.
All of the 3 apartments offer a personal, furnished outdoor area. The property owners (nice and friendly people) live on site and are alway available for their guests.
This property offers all the features of a country-side house (large outdoor area, panoramic views, pool) but at the same time it is a short distance away from San Gimignano city center.
The location is ideal to visit the most beautiful corners of Tuscany.
At guests' disposal: large, fenced-in swimming pool (14 x 7 m - min. depth 1,15 m - max. depth 2,5 m), lighted synthetic tennis court, personal furnished outdoor area for each apartament, barbecue, air-conditioning. Laundry available (payment on the spot). Parking within the grounds. Internet wi-fi available in a common area at the property entrance (only the apartment Capanna has wi-fi).
The property owners have 2 very nice and quiet German shepherds running free in the grounds.
Distances: the beautiful town of San Gimignano with a variaty of shops only 300 m away, Poggibonsi 12 km, Volterra 30 km, Siena 40 km, Florence 50 km away, Pisa and Lucca circa 85 km. The Chianti area is within 20 - 50 km.

Ground floor apartment fully renovated in an old barn, including of a large kitchen with dining room, large living room with TV, 1 single sofà bed (€ 50 per week) and beautiful views of the countryside, double bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower.
The structure is of a typical Tuscan cottage with high ceiling and wooden beams.
It has a large privateand fenced deck and barbecue facilities.
All rooms are air conditioned.
The following might be to be paid extra: Bed Linen and Towels (additional set), Extra Bed, Final Cleaning, Pool towels, Tourist tax, Washing Machine.

A very nice, cozy, private home. Close to walking to San Gimignano.
Recommend a car as it's too far to get groceries. Also, we had to deliver the recycling and garbage to the bins near the Carabinieri
Spent 9 days here and enjoyed using La Capanna as a base for local trips.

Very well kept home. Everything we needed.
An uphill walk to San Gimignano that doesn’t show on Google maps so having a car is necessary, even to get groceries at the Coop.
Parking lot gets filled up by noon so try to beat the rush.

Nice host that lives on the property with 2 large and very mellow German Shepherds. Cottage had beautiful view, but could use a few more things like control over the heat and better Wi-Fi. Location is ideal and property is very well maintained. Access to washer is nice, but access to a dryer would have been great.

I proprietari sono molto cordiali e cortesi. Va tutto bene e pulito.La piscina è davvero grande e facile da usare in estate. Parcheggiare nella proprietà è un'ottima cosa in quanto parcheggiare a San Gimignano è molto noioso.I cani sono ben educati e silenziosi.Ci siamo divertiti qui.[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The owners are very friendly and courteous.It's all right and clean. The pool is really big and easy to use in the summer. Parking at the property is a good thing as parking in San Gimignano is very difficult. Dogs are well behaved and silent. We had fun here.
